LAST BURN NOTICE FOR THE YEAR!!!!!????

I am starting to get REALLY annoyed with how Channel 10 chooses to show Burn Notice here in Australia. Season 3, Episode 4: Fearless Leader only JUST aired tonight for the first time and after it finished we get the typical announcement that this will be the last episode of Burn Notice for the year......... We are so far behind it is ridiculous and they just start showing it and then cut it off with only a few episodes to the end of the mid-season 3 finale. I'm so over it!!!! What do we have to do to get Channel 10 to show Burn Notice in a regular time slot? And is it too much to ask that you show the season in its entirety? What was the point of bringing it back to show a few episodes and then cutting it off in the middle of the season?

Once again I'm really disappointed with Channel 10. If only I had a dollar for everytime I have said that in my life...

Well the ratings season is coming to an end.

^ Which is why they should have picked a more appropriate time to show it. If it had started a few weeks earlier they could have finished airing what remained of season 3 (up to the mid-season finale) before the end of the ratings period. But this assumes that the people who work at Channel 10 put any thought into their decisions.

That's also assuming that the people at Channel 10 have a brain. Though, must give them credit for picking up this brilliant show.

Despite the fact it's coming to the end of the rating season, one must face the fact that Channel 10 treats Burn Notice poorly compared to some of its other shows. Has anyone looked at the website for BN recently? Sure they update it with the new episodes each week but how about a few pictures from that episode or an episode recap or what we can expect to see on the next episode of BN or hell anything really would be better than what they currently have on that website.
As Sydney said, is it too much to ask to have a proper season like they give all their other shows? Not just stop and start the show as they see fit?

at least they made an announcement, that's more than we often get. lots of shows will be stopping for the summer non-ratings season, most of them will come back in february, but they probably won't bring burn notice back until there is a build up of more episodes after the mid-season hiatus in america is over.

Only 9 eps of season 3 have aired in USA, last aired in August. The second half of season 3 is tipped to start in January.

Rumour has it that a fourth season has been approved.

Burn Notice Season 3.5 is going to start on January 28th in the US. It'll run for 7 more episodes which will end in about March. Season 4 which has been approved will probably start in June some time.

I've every plan to watch those episodes as they come out of the US. No way in hell I'm waiting until July/August when we're only up to S03E05 "Signals & Codes"

I know what you mean. There is NO WAY I will be waiting to watch new episodes for the first time on Channel 10. We are just too far behind.

I work night shifts and recorded last night's BURN NOTICE so I was not aware it was Tencanned. I will chuck a spit for a bit, and after GNW finishes, so will my viewing of TEN and therefore its advertisements. (Anyone out there work for ad-firm!?). I can do it too ... can I be prous - for example - that I have never watched orlistened to a complete ad for Harvey Norman? Those ads annoy me so much with that base beat and yelling at me that find that I have never shopped there ... I like the Gloria Jean's commercial run and now LIVE there.

Couldn't agree with you more Sydney..it's incredibly frustrating the lack of attention Channel 10 has given Burn Notice. I remember it was fairly well publicised before it started but after that it was given the usual Channel 10 treatment. It's a wonder anyone watches it at all given the lack of promotion, number of times 10 has changed the viewing days, times and short episode runs. I was so looking forward to watching the last few episodes on my plasma rather than the small computer screen. Oh well I guess I'll just have to go back to watching Burn Notice on the computer - is it January yet???

damn Burn Notice was one of my favorite shows and Chanel ten took it away they also took away ncis los angeles man what are they going to take next?

Ummmmmm.....

Nearly all the current line-up.....

NCIS, Lie To Me, GNW, etc etc etc....

They all finish this or next week....

Why are people so surprised when this happens at the end of the ratings seasons

I know it so sad! How annoying! Channel ten keeps screwing burn notice around!! It would have more views if they didnt keep changing the time slot ..soooo upsetting
